We're
rotational molding's PVC experts. We were presented the annual
PVC award by the Association of Rotational Molders on four occasions,
and hold numerous processing patents.
Our success as a PVC molder, and ultimately your success with
the vinyl part we make, lies in our understanding of the rheology
of plastisol. Our sophistication in handling liquid resins exceeds
that of most other rotomolders. We have created our own multi-cavity
dispensing systems capable of maintaining tolerances of a fraction
of a gram.
Of all U.S. custom rotational molders, only an estimated 25%
mold PVC. Of those molders, only a small fraction produce inflatables.
Even fewer plastisol molders tackle dual-wall thicknesses, one
of our PVC rotomolding specialties.
Rotomolded plastisol allows for the creation of flexible and
inflatable products at a much more reasonable cost than other
vinyl molding alternatives, and offers greater freedom of design.
